This service to funding institutions essentially splits into two phases:
- Pre-contract phase involving due diligence on the developer’s proposals ensuring that the scheme meets current market requirements. Specific advice is given on planning, responsibilities, warranties, design and specification, programme, tendering, local authority agreements etc.
- Contract phase requiring monitoring of construction progress and associated items to completion. Monthly reports detail actual progress, performance, quality, payments required, statutory works, certifications etc. On completion, health and safety files are received and verified, snagging checked and final accounts approved.
